Return Policy
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of dietary supplements, and to ensure product safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons once the order has been shipped (including: personal preference, no noticeable effect, duplicate purchase, mistake order, “don’t like it,” etc.).
By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
2. Eligible Returns (Quality-Related Issues Only)
We accept returns or replacements only if:
- The product arrives damaged (broken seal, leakage, cracked bottle, etc.)
- The item received is incorrect
- There is a clear quality defect
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the issue
- Photos of the outer box and shipping label
Once verified, we will arrange a refund or replacement.
3. Non-Eligible Returns
We do NOT accept returns for the following cases:
- Personal preference or no-longer-want
- Opened, used, or unsealed products
- No quality issue
- “No effect,” “not suitable,” or subjective experience issues
- Requests made after 7 days
- Wrong purchase or change of mind
(Supplement efficacy varies by individual and is not a product defect.)
4. Refund Method & Timeline
- Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
- Replacement orders will follow standard shipping times.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not available.
