Refund and Return Policy

All sales are final. Because our products are consumable health and personal-care goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped, except in the cases below.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at michael@losoki.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a free replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, they are sent to our warehouse and cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post it.
